Was a little nervous about purchasing this product, but decided to take a chance on it. I’m glad a I did it work’s great. It has great power feels good in the hands. I was very happy with the quality and the price for this product.

Works as it should. A bit heavy on the battery end of course, but overall, a decent purchase. Seems to have decent power. I was able to break free bolts easily that took a bit of gusto with a standard ratchet.

Took a chance on this and it paid off. Price was great and the batteries have not given me a problem. The hold their charge. You can by Brand X and pay a fortune. For me this fits the bill.

Great tool

This device has Qty 5 of 18650 batteries inside the 21v battery pack and 3 of 18650 in the 12v pack. They are wired in series and each cell is rated cKeep them charged. Charge them fully when you first get the tool and after every use. Recharge them immediately if you run them down. Put them back on your charger every 30 days (or less) if not in use. If you allow the voltage to get too low the battery protection module can put the battery into permanent sleep mode and unless you know how to open the battery and reset it, it's done. It's a safety thing so don't try unless you really know what you're doing.If you follow those steps you should have a much better chance of a lasting battery pack.
